Orders outside Israel are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEX
If the item is available it will be shipped within 4 working days. If
the item should be manufactured it will take approx. 14 working
days. When your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email
along with a tracking number. It can take from one to three weeks
to get to destiny depending the shipping location.
If you need fast expedited shipping use UPS/DHL/EMS.
Shipments are sent to the address you provide, so please make
sure it is current and correct.
SHIPPING COSTS
All items are FREE SHIPPING! Deliveries will not be charged (for purchases directly from site).
International duties, import fees and any additional local taxes that
your country or state applies are not included and are the
customer's responsibility.
TAXES, DUTY
Orders to countries outside Israel may be subject to import duties
and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your
country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis.
We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your
package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your
local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your
order from customs. For more information, please contact your
local customs office.
PACKAGING
Thoughtful care is taken to ensure your items arrive safely at their
destination. Items are beautifully wrapped and boxed and/or
bubble wrapped to provide security and protection during shipping.
WHOLESALE
Volume discounts are available: 10 items or more.

RETURNS POLICY
Refunds are accepted. Items must be returned within 7 days of
receipt with tracking. Please contact me prior to sending anything
back.
SIZING:
for ring sizing, the US number system is used. If you do not know
your ring size, I highly recommend having your finger sized by a
local jeweler and asking for your US ring size before you place a
custom order. You can also try this website
http://findmyringsize.com. I am responsible for sending you the
ring size you ordered. However I cannot be responsible for
determining your ring size. (Some people wear their rings loose,
some tight, the size is your responsibility) Changing the size of a
ring once it's made might be very difficult for part of the designs.
If sizing issues arise, most issues can be accommodated
depending on each situation. Please contact me on
studio@orocart.com with your order number and details. If it can
be resized to your requirement, it will usually be returned within 10-
14 days depending on your location. Customer is responsible for
shipping costs back and forth. Some rings may be more difficult to
be re-sized and may incur a resizing fee. Please email us before
purchasing if you are unsure.
VARIANCE IN GEMS
Crystals naturally vary in color and size. Your piece will bear
individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and
unique, it may vary from the photograph.
We are regrettably not able to exchange for a different piece based
on the characteristics of crystals.
POSTS & HOOKS of the earrings
Are made of silver or 18 kt gold plated silver.
FAULTY ITEMS/GUARANTEE
All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a
fault that was not find.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not
considered a manufacturing fault. Jewelry and crystal items are
delicate and should be handled carefully. Crystal stones breaking
from mishandling is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Please see Care Instructions on the website for further information
on this. If you find your pieces has a manufacturing fault I will
gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance
with the following process:
The product must have been purchased within 6 months of
notification.
You must notify Studio Oroca by email with:
- a photograph of the item with a description of the fault
- a "proof of purchase", being either the email confirmation or
bank statement.
Studio Oroca will respond within 4 business days.
Items must be sent via a trackable method.
Studio Oroca cannot be held responsible for goods that may be
lost or damaged during return shipping. So please ensure all items
being returned must be securely packaged with protective
wrapping and clearly addressed. Any items not thoroughly
packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so
please take care when posting.
Studio Oroca will then repair, replace, refund or in circumstances
offer an exchange if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Replacements are only possible if the item is available.
If an exchange is offered and the price of the item differs from the
original amount then Studio Oroca will refund the difference or
request payment prior to sending the new item.
Refunds will be made through PayPal. The refund will be
processed as soon as the items have been received by Studio
Oroca . However, please allow up to 14 days from the day you
return the item for your account to be credited.
GENERAL PRIVACY INFORMATION
Your privacy is important to us and we ensure that the information
you provide is collected and held in accordance with relevant
privacy law. If you choose to provide your personal details to us,
we may collect the requested information from you including your
name and contact details and any other information that you
supply.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Paypal enables you to pay with your credit card without having a
Paypal account.
While checking-out choose Paypal and select the option "I don't
have a Paypal account". You will be asked for your credit card
details.
Items are shipped after the payment clears.
REPAIRS
Repairs to damaged goods are assessed by case and may incur a
fee if repair is possible.
JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Jewelry should be treated with love and care. It should be
treasured and enjoyed every time you put it on. There are,
however, some important things to keep in mind so your jewelry
will last for generations. The following are basic guidelines for
keeping you and your jewelry happy:
Protect all jewelry from scratches, sharp blows, chemicals,
extreme temperatures, and sunlight.
Remove jewelry when doing household or handyman tasks
such as gardening, cleaning and household repairs or other
strenuous activities.
Apply makeup and hairspray before putting on your jewelry.
Makeup and hairspray contain chemicals that may affect your
jewelry.
Do not wear jewelry while in a swimming pool or hot tub or
bathing. The chlorine in the water can damage various
gemstones and metals including gold.
When travelling, keep your jewelry safely packed in a
protective box.
Important: Please keep away from water the "Cana'anite
stone" pieces.
